Resolves a club serial number to its manufacturing order, facility and product number.
It backs the UK QA FGI Register Power App: when a club is pulled
for testing mid-build, QA needs the MO for a serial that Infor M3 cannot
yet resolve (M3 only learns the serial-to-MO link at receipt). A
background consumer keeps this service's table in sync with the MES
mes-events stream.
GET /serials/{serial} — requires an Entra ID bearer
token; returns the MO number, facility and product for the serial.
